Treasurer’s Report by Mary Jeffrey
Savings Account $9,450; Checking Account $3595, CD for future Tucker maintenance, $4071. Expenses incl. a diesel pump for Tucker fuel tank, Fish & Game permit and insurance for Radar Run, gas and oil for the Skandics. Received Grant in Aid money for final trail construction projects and December grooming. Motion to accept by Terry Callum, seconded by Rick Petrain, motion carried.
Communications
The Secretary reported that we now have 115 members/families for the season. NHSA trail maps are available. Correspondence received from the IRS acknowledging receipt of our 1024 tax exempt application.

Trail Report
All of the club groomers were out on Friday and the trails were in great shape for the weekend. Doug and Jeff were out Sunday morning and more grooming was planned for the afternoon.
Doug sent a few items with Mary.
Last weekend he saw an ice fisherman on
Terry Callum reported January grooming totals: 16.75 hours with the Tucker, 43.25 hours with the Skandics, total Grant in Aid reimbursement $1270.92. Some discussion of working up a schedule for the Tucker to hit all areas of the system leading up to the Radar Run.
Fundraising
Discussion of the
annual Radar Run and Ride-In to be held Saturday, February 23. Several
options for snow fence discussed. Todd will order 150 feet of fabric fence from
a ski racing company in

Old Business
Glenn Baron reported on signs for ATVs used for trail work that identify the vehicle as a club work vehicle and showed a design from the vendor. The quote is $50 each for metal signs and $30 each for corrugated plastic signs. Motion to order 10 of the plastic signs for $300 by Terry Callum, seconded by Elizabeth Willis, motion carried.
