Communications: Hinkley letter on fuel oil. New catalog from fencing company.
Primoth open house on Nov 7th. M & B bill and ASV filters, oil.billing.
Committee Reports:
Trail Report: Nick Taylor – Potato Hill excavation completed – needs seed and gate work.
Excavating @ Maggie Hall’s should be done. Today’s workbee will be @ Oakley’s. Next weekend work bees on Sat and Sun – Oakley’s & Perry Mtn.

Octoberfest went well, we kept tips..
Mike Foss @ Grass Drags club earned about $1,400. Some clubs earned up to $10,000.
Nick Taylor has initiated a Groomer Handbook with rules and guideline Tony has put a lot of time into this project. Any other input gratefully accepted.
Discussion on SkiDoo offer to individuals for new machines. Left it up to individual members to give their names and get a $10 payment directly from Skidoo

OHRV Safety Ed classes: Nick spoke to Unity school and we have permission to set up Nov 7th and Dec 9th and Jan 9th
